Activities in Gunguniya Village:
Dated 12/10/2021, on Tuesday, the children were encouraged to study in the night school run by the Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha in the village of Gungunia, as well as to participate in the 51st annual competition and syllabus of the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram was also discussed. The book ‘Naya Bharat Gandho’ was given to the teachers there. It was led by the board member of the institution, Pankaj Kumar. He was supported by the newly joined members Haldar Bedia, Chama Muda, Manoj Oraon, Akash Meher.
A cleanliness campaign was also carried out by the teachers and children of the night school run by the Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha in Gunguniya village. It was the children and the villagers who took a pledge to keep their village clean. The entire program was led by Manoj Urao and the villagers.
The children of night school run by Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha in Gunguniya village were also given training in Yoga and Karate for self-defence to keep their bodies healthy. Along with this, work needs to be done on the body as well as the mind so that the children can develop fully. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the children in this training. It was led by Akash Mehar, the trainer of Mission Shakti Sanstha.
On that day information was also given about the benefits of organic farming and nutrition garden model by making a model of organic farming and nutrition in the night school run by Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha in Gungunia.
It was led by Chama Munda and Halder Bedia. Participating teachers Temba Kujur, Samail Urao Lalit Oraon and villagers Arjun Oraon, Mahavir Urao, Soni Urao, Sanika Oraon and other villagers were present during the training.
Activities in Beti Village:
Yoga means to unite, to contain the energy in oneself, to make the body, mind and soul strong and beautiful.
Mohini Nisha, the working treasurer of the organization of Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha conducted yoga exercises among the children of Night School of Beti Village and told them the meaning of yoga, its features and asked them to practice daily.
Date 12/10/2021, on Tuesday, School drop out in Jharkhand is increasing at a faster rate therefore children were encouraged to study in the night school (Gramin Bharti Nishulk Ratri Pathshala) which is being run by Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha in Benti village, as well as to participate in the 51st Annual Competition of Ramakrishna mission and Syllabus of Ramakrishna Mission Ashram was also discussed. The’ Naya Bharat Gandho’ book was given to the teachers there. It was led by Mohini Nisha, the working treasurer of the institution. She was accompanied by the members of the institution Sunita Kumari, Sheela Kumari, teacher Chandan Bhokta.
Under the leadership of Sheela Kumari, Mohini Nisha and Sunita Kumari members of Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha and a village teacher Chandan Bhokta by them bleaching powder was poured into the drinking wells in the presence of a lot of villagers as in the rainy season many drinking water produces worms, and that dirty water affects the health of the people.
In the village, Benti Awareness on menstrual hygiene was also done among the mothers, sisters and teenage girls of Mahila Mandal. In which 30 women were present Which was led by Mohini Nisha, a member of the organization.
1. Health-related problems of women and girls were discussed.
2. Cleanliness in aspects of menstruation was told, their healthy food and drink habits were discussed.
3. Adolescent girls were given complete information about menstruation and their mothers were also made aware.
4. The narrow thinking of the society about menstruation needs to be changed gradually, discussions were held to remove the superstitions about menstruation.
5. Talks were held for village women to start their own ventures. For example – mushroom production, making leaves from leaves, etc.
Mohini Nisha, Sunita Kumari and Shila Kumari, energetic members of Gramin Bharti Seva Sanstha, also distributed masks among the students and villagers of Virhor Toli of Benti village and in Ratri Pathshala too. And they also mentioned that Corona is not still over. That’s why we should use the mask properly.
Small children of Birhor Toli, Gramin Bharti Ratri Pathshala of Benti presented songs in different languages, which was very beautiful, those people were very excited.
The members present there played a lot of games together with children and teenage girls, everyone participated enthusiastically in that game.
Energetic member of Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha G. NS. B.S. Under the leadership of Secretary, Shila Kumari and WASH co-ordinator Sunita Kumari, the format registration of children of night school of Benti (Birhor Toli) was done.
Sandal Bhogta, the teacher of night school of Benti (Birhor Toli) of Gramin Bharti Seva Sanstha, has been teaching children for the last two years, he kept his problem in our midst and what changes he can see in the children in 2 years,
He told us that children are coming less than before, He also stated the reason for this problem like lockdown, elephants in the village and rainy season. Some children gave their own feedback. Those people shared their experience and how there was a change in those people, they said what they learned till now and about their daily routine.
Activities in the Village of Mialdih:
Dated 12/10/2021, a one-day camp was organized by Gramin Bharti Seva Sanstha in collaboration with Gramin Bharti Seva Sanstha members Bindesh Bedia and Sikandar Bedia in Hundru Falls village on Tuesday. In which the e-shram card of everyone from the youth to the elderly section of the village was successfully made with the help of Pragya Kendra Director Kamal Bedia and Tirulal Bedia. There was eagerness among all sections of the village to make e-shram cards.
Plantation of pomegranate and guava saplings was done for the children of night school run by Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha under the leadership of Bindesh Bedia and associate Sikandar Bedia in Mayaldih village of Hundru Falls on Tuesday, 12/10/2021. They also said about the importance of trees and plants and environmental protection. Young fellows involved in this work Upendra Bedia, Devendra Bedia, Sonu Bedia, Deepak Bedia etc. were also present.
On Dated 12/10/2021, Tuesday, under the leadership of Bindesh Bedia and Sikandar Bedia member of the Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha The guidelines of the Annual competition organized by Ramkrishna Mission Ranchi was discussed in Myaldih village of Hundru Falls, children were encouraged to participate. The book curriculum for “Gadho Naya Bharat” was handed out among the children and teachers. This book expressed hope that children should get better results from their hard work.
The Ayushman cards were distributed in the school premises of the village to everyone from the youth to the elderly. Our colleagues Upendra Bedia, Devendra Bedia and entire villagers were present on this occasion.
On the date 13/10/2021, Wednesday, Gramin Bharti under the leadership of the members of the organization Bindesh Bedia and Sikander along with the youth companion of the village Devendra Bedia they all registered the children of the Night school of Mialdih.
